Glenmere at Cloverwood is an enriched housing program licensed by the State of New York offering professionally directed support services, including individualized assistance with personal care needs, medication supervision and nurses on duty around the clock Located on the Cloverwood campus, Glenmere consists of 20 enriched living apartments.

Cloverwood and Glenmere enjoy a referral affiliation with the The Friendly Home, a 24-hour skilled nursing facility which includes a Transitional Care Center for short-term rehabilitation, and Linden Knoll, a senior living residence at 81 Linden Avenue adjoining The Friendly Home.
